During the morning we did a Food Tasting Showcase, we wanted to talk about how different are sushi (traditional japanese dish) and kimbap (traditional korean dish), so we prepared 'California Sushi' and 'Traditional Kimbap' following a recipe by a korean housewife, we'll share this recipe with you very soon! Although it was really fun to listen to people's review of both dishes, what was the best part of the day happened during the afternoon. We prepared for the first time ever a Children Activity, the kids' response blown us away!
We decided to introduce Pororo the Little Penguin by doing a coloring activity at an open space in the park while we narrated the story about Pororo and his friends to the kids. We didn't know what to expect, introducing a brand new character without any exposure to the animated series, but Pororo was the life of the entire event! Kids loved him so much! Even parents were really interested about his adventures! we ran out of time so soon, some kids weren't able to paint with us, but don't worry! Definitely Pororo will be our partner in crime in our future Children Activities! Let me share with you some of the pictures of the day next. Stay tuned cause more events are coming your way!
